Beginning therapy can sometimes feel like a daunting process. Therefore I offer a twenty minute telephone consultation without charge. This allows you tell me something of your current situation and to explore with me, how I can help.

Initial consultation meeting
If, after our first contact, you decide that you would like to book an initial consultation meeting, we will set an agreed day and time. During this meeting we will discuss more of your current situation, your childhood and what you would like to gain from therapy.

Initial consultation £80.00

Ongoing sessions.
To ensure that there is a consistency and regularity throughout our work together, all ongoing sessions are set aside, exclusively for you, on the same day and same time each week. Sometimes, depending on individual need, we may work together twice of three times weekly

Ongoing sessions £75.00

Apart from our initial consultation, which is 75 minutes, all subsequent sessions last for 50 minutes
